Hi,
I'm getting the above message on login for various applications. I have Windows XP SP2 installed and use Trend Micro Internet Security (although this doesn't seem to be working at present - I get the above message when trying to access the console!).
I've run ad aware 2008 with the latest updates and this only found the usual cookies etc. I've run Hijackthis and the log is below:

Does anyone have any idea as to what's happened to my PC and how I might fix it? Any help gratefully received.
Update:
I've been reading through more posts - as a result I've noticed that I cannot change the Security settings under Internet Properties and cannot download any EXE files.
If anyone can let me know what steps I need to take, I'll download any files necessary when I'm at work tomorrow and then continue this tomorrow evening.
