Win32.killAV-KQ

Hello, first off thanks in advance for any help or insight. I think I have this malware, Win32.killAV-KQ. I run Spybot S&D 1.6.2, which identified this, but did not remove it. I also run Norton 2005 anti-virus, which didn't pick anything up on the most recent scan. Running Windows XP Home.

Not sure if I can just follow these instructions, or if I may have specific issues that need to be addressed?
