Trojan and freeze virus detected and wont be fixed!!!!! :(

I'm so frustrated! Avast alerted me that I had a Trojan Horse on my computer. Well me knowing nothing about computers, only that that was a bad virus, thought running spybot would fix problems. Nope. Spybot detected the Trojan virus as well as well as something called FREEZE. Beside FREEZE says1 entries PUPS. The info it gives me on the Trojan is Kuasio.Ka

God knows i have no clue what that is so now im scared. I have no idea what to do to get rid of it.
