Your AV, Spybot and Ad aware are all up to date? Do they come up clean after a scan?
Are you having any possible signs (http://www.virusvault.us/signs1.html)of malware?
Reboot and post a new hjt log please.

all are up to date. NAV is clean. Spybot originally found Win32.killav.KQ. Today it found EZcybersearch. and it usually finds Microsoft Windows Security Center Disabled.
Adaware=clean
Are you having any possible signs (http://www.virusvault.us/signs1.html)of malware?
It started with internet explorer running sluggish. Things i have noticed:
iexplore.exe shows multiple times in processes
i don't think the spybot immuniztion held. i had to reimmunize but didnt download newer updates
i can't get shockwave to work, or reinstall
Reboot and post a new hjt log please.

hi,
ok thanks for the info. Lets get another anti-malware app that you can keep and use. there is a free version. It must be updated manually before scanning. Lets see if it can dig up anything on your machine:
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) to your desktop:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click *Remove Selected.*
*A restart of your computer most likely will be required to remove some items.*
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
Post the log in your reply.
NOTE: The free version must be updated manually.

hi,
The MBAM log looks good. Just some harmless adware. Have you visited the flash (Adobe) website for troubleshooting/FAQ about flash. Maybe IE's slowness has to do with Spybots Immunization feature. Why dont you try as a test disabling the feature, reboot and see if anything improves.
is this the right way to disable?
Tools - Resident - Uncheck SDHelper?
if thats the right way it didnt work

hi,
Yes i think that is the correct way. ok still slow. Do you or have you thought about trying another browser like Fire Fox or Opera? Dont use IE for 5 minutes or so then check to see if you still see it listed using task manager or however your seeing it.
We can get a closer look for any possible malware with Combofix. there is a guide to read first. read through the guide, download combofix to your desktop, disable any AV etc as explained in the guide. Double click the icon and follow the prompts. post the log.

hi xm81bpm,
thanks for the info. not much there to be worried about. Looks like your malware free.
Microsoft Windows Security Center Disabled
these are notifications about your AV, Windows update etc. The notifications can be toggled off or on via the Security Center panel.
start>settings>control panel>Security center> Change the way security center alerts me. If you have auto updates turned off, then Windows will alert you about this. unless you uncheck the box next to 'Automatic Updates' under the 'Alert Settings' Same for the other two.
Just make sure you visit Windows update once a month or so to 'get patched'
You can delete combofix like this:
start>run and type in combofix /u
click ok or enter
Note: there is a space after the x and before the /
