Spyware

I am getting a message for deleteing a detected spyware that says "Some problems couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory). This could be fixed after a restart."
Then it asks me if I want to restart, yes or no.
So I tried that twice, and still no luck. So I hit no, and it says 3 problems could not be fixed. "You should have an administrator scan and fix again."

How do I go about doing that?
