Something is sending out emails from my Yahoo acct

I hope someone can help. Infected emails are being sent from my computer through my Yahoo email account. An exe file attachment has been sent several times to everyone in my address book. I have run S&D, AVG and few others to try to find the virus/worm/... but nothing has worked. The infected emails are sent out every few days. I have removed my address book for the time being so that I don't spread this to others.... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
