Everytime I remove these and reboot they show up again, is this normal or some sort of malicious problem?

How did you remove them though?
They are legitimate processes in fact, if you've checked on Google.
System Internals is a [set of] Microsoft Diagnostic tools and SMax4.exe, etc... are part of the Sound Max audio hardware.

Oh I just using the "Fix Selected Problems" option in the system internals search on spybot, is there another way to remove them or does really not matter if I just leave it alone?

Oh... now you mention it... Are you referring to that "System Internals" option in Spybot's Advanced Mode?

It's not a toy though. Even I'm not familiar with that function, but I have a general view of what it does. Well, it searches for invalid paths [in your system] or somewhat like that and it offers to clean it. I'm guessing Spybot is telling you that these paths to SoundMax (maybe the options settings) are invalid.

It's not a big deal if you fix it or not, as it will not make a noticeable impact on your machine.
