2 Popups Keep coming up Simmultaneously...

So recently (2 days ago) my computer got really messed up by some site. I went through MANY antivirus programs and finally got rid of pretty much all the problems...except this one. Every, like 10-20 minutes, 2 popups (usually "adssvr - good websites" and yeildmanager) simmultaneously come up. I have used pretty much all the programs and nothing is getting rid of these 2. Please, someone help me out with this, if you need me to post a log, i will.
