Bad Image popup's on several programs

Hi All . Thanks for reading and helping me .

I have bad image popup's that start when I open certain programs these are :
SuperAntiSpyware ( sas.exe bad image )
McAfee Security Center ( mcagent.exe bad image )
Bt Yahoo Broadband Browser - (btbrowser.exe bad image ) the worse ones are on here

The location on the pop up's say : C:\WINDOWS\System32\|sptte.dll
When i look at the location on Task Manager it says scrss.exe .

All of the program's / scan's etc work okay and the pop-up's *eventually* stop but I really really want to get rid of them totally .

I have run Norton , SAS , McAfee , Spybot , MalwareBytes no infections show up . Im hoping that as its only 3 program's its easily fixed .

If possible I would rather not remove these program's - its the family computer . Here's the HJACK log .

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.


Download GMER (http://www.gmer.net) from 'download exe' -button and save it to your desktop:
Extract it to your desktop and double-click GMER file.
Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
Don't check
Show All
box while scanning in progress!
When scanning is ready, click Copy.
This copies log to clipboard
Post log in your reply.
