I just installed a new version of java runtime environment . I downloaded it from filehippo.com so it might be infected but I don't thinck so . Also I just downloaded the newest updates this morning . I started the install and when I came back to the computer it was finished and I had a spybot window opened saying that jqs.exe in C:\Program Files\...\jre is identified as the 2Search spyware , it killed the process and asked if I wanted to delete the file and/or kill the process anytime it starts .
As I said this seems to me like a false positive so I didn't delete the file or prevent it running some other time . Anybody know anything else about this ? Mabe it is 2Search and I should reinstall the jre from another source or mabe someone should check the spybot resident detection rules .
