can't download SpybotSD

Hi there, I am trying to download Spybot but I keep getting a box telling me the 'set up files are corrupted'. It then aborts the download. Last time it waited until the end to inform me of this.

I have tried 3 different places (mirrors) to download.

Hope someone can set me straight, but please keep it it plain English as I am not that computer literate.
