Wkipoxolibug

I was going through my Startup in control panel when I found a program called Wkipoxolibug. I googled it but found nothing. When I tried disabling it, it just made another of itself, already checked to run at startup.
It's path is: rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\Wkugovunikanujuq.dat",e
Just looked in msconfig and found it as well, have never seen it before.
Is this dangerous? If so what would be the best way to go about removing it?
