DoubleD Threat?

Recently downloaded a freeware game and when running SpyBot received notification of DoubleD threat. Uninstalled game, deleted some files using Windows Explorer. Still have 6 entries that cannot be removed. I have previously downloaded Erunt and HiJackThis. I also turned off the TeaTimer on Sybot and ran Erunt. Should i leave the TeaTimer turned off while working this problem with you?

Thanks for any help here. Not sure how serious this infection is, but would like to be rid of it before doing anything with online banking.
