I keep getting popups and software I didn't install.

Hi, I'm new here. My problem is I keep getting popups every 5 mins and items on my desktop that I didn't download and items in add and remove which I didn't install. I've tried every software I can think of!Norton, Microsoft antispyware, Windows Defender, Ad Aware SE Personal, AVG Free, Avast Antivirus, Spybot S and D. I don't know what to do. I even used Spybot in safe mode. Does anyone know what I can do? I'm going crazy!. Thanks anyway.

Oh yeah, does anyone know were to find the folder command.exe?

I downloaded another hijackthis log from another website, can I use that instead? Or so I have to use the one from this site? Also how do I find the report after doing a normal scan because it said I have to post it...

First Make a new folder, example C:\AntiSpyWare
and download/Save HijackThis, to that new folder.
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong

Double click HijackThis.exe, Hit None of the above, just start the program.
Hit Scan When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.

In windows control panel addremove programs uninstall SurfSideKick
Afterwards restart your PC

Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter) type
sc delete "UMWdf"

press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt

Next:
Download and run Look2Me-Destroyer: http://www.atribune.org/content/view/28/
After the pc has been restarted a log will open, post it and a bew hijackthis log.

Download Brute Force Uninstaller (http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip).
Unzip it to it’s own folder (c:\BFU)
It must be unzipped to the c:\BFU folder (Or the drive windows is installed to, which is normaly C:\)

Rightclick on this link and choose save target as, save sidekickFix.bat to that BFU folder.
