DoubleD Infection

I had previously posted a thread titled: DoubleD Threat? I cannot locate it now and wondered if it has been archived.

If so, here it is again. I had downloaded a freeware game and noticed a series of infections when running SpyBot. Removed the game and deleted some files with Windows Explorer. Still have 6 infections that cannot be removed.

Am i able to get help here? Is this a serious infection?
