I am attempting to clean my friend's computer of numerous trojans. I have run AVG and sent all trojans to the virus vault, and did a complete rescan which picked up no new trojans. I then ran spybot which crashed after it found some virtumonde.dll entries (9). I started it again and stopped the scan once it found the 9, and fixed the problems, and clicked allow change for all the spybot popups. On reboot, I got a number of Run windows and and Error loading c:\windows\system32\majudohi.dll. The run windows appeared and disappeared shortly, but I had to click off the Error loading... popup. I then started up spybot again and clicked recovery and recovered selected items. After that I tried Malwarebytes Anti-malware, scanned the entire computer, and it found and removed (43) problems. The run windows are now gone, but the Error loading window still comes up at start-up, and spybot still finds the virtumonde entries and crashes shortly aftewards. Here is the HJL at this point:

One more thing. The Error loading c:\windows\system32\majudohi.dll message also says The Specified Module Could Not Be Found.

I solved this issue myself.

Thanks for merging the second post. I could not find the edit my post button. Needs to be prominently and logically placed. Also, I see no way of adding to a post after coming back the next day, but perhaps this is not possible?

Can I edit my own posts?

In the Spybot-S&D forum, there is a 15 minute time frame to edit one's post.
In the Malware Removal Forum, members may not edit their posts. A helper may already be analyzing the information given.

Best regards.
