I'm having the same problem I had back in May '09, but that fix does not work this time. I have Firefox 3.0.13 (what I use) and IE 7.0.5730.11 (rarely used.) I've updated Spybot to 1.6.2.46.
When running immunize each one of the following Profiles are reported to have 608 unprotected:
Firefox--My Name (default) Images, Installations, Popups
IE (32 bit)--
IE\SOFTWARE (Domains) & Secure Domains
IE (32/64 bit)--
DEFAULT (Domains), (Secure Domains), Administrator (XPS600) (Domains) -(Secure Domains), My Name (XPS600) (Domains) and (Secure Domains)
Windows> Global (Hosts)

With Firefox closed, I looked in Firefox's profile folder and found only the permissions.sqlite folder with over 1000KB, I deleted it as instructed by the sticky post and created an empty Notepad file named: hostperm.1 Then when I ran the Immunize again, I had even more unprotected in Firefox, and all the other items remained the same with 608 unprotected.
Firefox cookies Unprotected=193
Firefox Images, Installations, & Popus=11176

How can I get everything protected?
Thank you.

Hello,

Did you closed the browser while immunizing?
Did you try to undo the immunization and then immunize again?
Have you also used the "Check again" function from the menu bar above?
Are you logged in as admin or as user with admin rights?
Do you have other user accounts on your pc?
Do you have other security programs installed that might block the immunization?

Also have a look at this link in our forum: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=36272

Best regards
