can't remove smidfraud-c!!

Hello, when I startup my computer it tells me that winlogon.exe has stopped working. So I ran spybot and it found smitfraud. Spybot and smitfraudfixer can't fix it, both telling me that I do not have administrator privileges but I am the only and administrator use of my computer.This is my Hjt report.
