Confused

All of a sudden I have no audio, my volume control on system tray, (when I try to open it) says The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000009a). Click on OK to terminate the application. Taskmanager will not open, all my folder icons in my computer and my hard drive are missing, my McAffee firewall says it is active but when I click to open it, it says to activate the firewall. Also, whenever I try to install stuff (like anti virus software, like Spybot S&D), i get the same "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000009a). Click on OK to terminate the application." message. PLEASE HELP!!!!

See if you can get combofix to run. There is a guide you need to read first. Read through the guide, download combofix but before you save it to your desktop: rename it to combofix1.exe, then save it. Disable any AV etc that may be running as explained in the guide, double click the saved icon on your desktop and follow the prompts.
