Summary statement:
SBSD cannot fix the Win32Fraudload.edt issue on system. Indicates file is loaded into memory and system must be rebooted. Reboot does not fix issue.

Steps to reproduce:

When the user:
1) Runs system scan, and attempts fix of Win32Fraudload.edt.
2) SBSD indicates that while two issues were fixed, Win32fraudload.edt could not be fixed, as it is loaded into memory.
3) User reboots system, allowing SBSD to attempt to fix issue.
The following occurs:
1) After each scan, the Win32fraudload is found, is always loaded into memory and cannot be fixed.

Notes:
a) Rebooting does not fix the issue.
b) Disabling Teatimer temporarily does not allow SBSD to fix the issue.
c) Running SB version 1.6.2.0, System settings protector v1.6.6.32.
d) I inadvertently ran the REGOPT program - but had backed up the registry before hand. (issues had been occurring both before and after REGOPT)
e) This is an older, hand-me-down system, which was donated. I have attempted to clean up the system, but do not have the disks to perform a full reinstall of the OS.
f) I am aware that the systems needs a Windows update (SP3), but am apprehensive of installing the update prior to cleaning the system.

Please disregard my system specs at the bottom of the post. These are for my own system - and not for the PC listed in the post above, which is experiencing these issues.

Thanks,
