Hi I have sme kind of infection do not know what i can not even run hijackthis the program runs then after that it shuts down no log this even happens in safe mode after it shutsdown i can not restart it. the only way to restart is to reinstall however i have manually delete the file then reinstall. I am at a lost on what to do now.
Oh I forgot windows vista home premuim

I was reading old post and found information about combofix. made back up of entire computer, with ping, and then tried to see what would happen. it actually removed i am now able to run spybot, spyhunter , f-secure, and hijackthis. I was not able to prevously run these items. spybot found some other things successfully removed them and spyhunter found 2 since it is not paid for I removed themself. I also found a game reporting a virus win32 with f-secure aftersuccesfully installed software comes with internet provider.
