Can't run antivirus software

The virus I have makes it so that I can't run antivirus software. Avast (my antivirus software before I had this virus) and spybot both give the error "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I've downloaded a few additional antivirus programs since I got the virus, and it has neutered each in turn, in various ways. You're probably not interested in those details.

Anyway, I don't have a spybot log, because I can't run it. I can't change the name of spybotSD.exe, and running it as admin makes no difference. So, you know, I'm pretty much at a loss, and whatever help you can give me is appreciated.

Please save this (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/rootrepeal/Win32kDiag.exe) file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
