It says this when I pause my cursor over the Spybot Icon next to my clock on the bottom right of the screen. Quick launch it might be called?? What does it mean? How do I get more "ratings"? Do I need more?

Thanks for the replies. I've read and re-read the results of searching for an answer about available ratings and none of it makes sense. Thanks anyway. I guess it's been fine up till now, so I'm sure it'll be ok.

That is the resident TeaTimer, the real-time protection of Spybot-S&D.
It has items blacklisted in order to block the baddies from getting in.
