Help to remove spyware

I am recieving a pop-up message from an icon in the lower corner of my screen saying that "Your computer is infected. Windows has detected a Spyware infection!" I also continue to get this pop-up of PC Anti-Spyware 2010 that downloads on my computer and proceeds to send me pop-ups. I go to add/remove programs and remove it but it still pops up and re-downloads within minutes. I am also getting weird audio playing in the background when there is nothing running (things like ads for odd movies or just plain wierd dialogue). I have run an AVG scan and it popped up with a lot of stuff but it is still doing it. I tried to run Ad-Aware but something is preventing it from opening. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

Did you try to run Spybot-S&D?

Please follow the instructions in this link to produce a HJT log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where an analyst will advise you as soon as available.

Thank you tashi. I have not tried running spybot s&d. I posted my HJT log in the Malware Removal forum just now.
