I have read the tutorial and tried to read the section below it but no luck

Have run SB several times after reloading and give you credit as the ONLY AVAS to even identify SAVEKEEP, one of the most self protective malware I've ever encountered

When I click on very small SB icon in lower right corner it lists thousands of "processes" as blacklisted.........I have never seen this term anywhere else, including the tutorial and have no idea what it means (I'm a real newbie I know)

Decided to post here since topic not that important and you say it's emptyed frequently TIA

Hello,

If you have scanned and fixed items with Spybot you have to allow the registry change that the Resident TeaTimer is asking for.
Only then the items will be deleted completely.

Please read this information about TeaTimer:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/33.html
and http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/34.html
The tutorial on our homepage should also help explaining:

Best regards
Sandra
