Where in the XP registry are the entries that are added when one imunizes? I need to remove them since the program did not when I uninstalled SpyBot - S&D.

My pc would really slow down each time I booted up Until I remove the Imunization. The thousands of sites added to restricted in IE6 caused this. It also cause my registry to not be accessable via Regedit, Which is still the issue. The runs fine except I can't access the registry.

Thanks

SalB

Hello,

The immunization of Spybot - Search & Destroy adds sites (where the baddies come from) to the restricted zones in order to block them.
I would recommend to download a fresh hostfile from here:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.txt

Where the hosts file is located depends on your Windows version.
Windows 2000/XP/NT: C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Windows 95/98: C:\windows\hosts
After that save the file and start your browser again.
