Problème Spybot.exe

I 've got i think the same problem then here

After trying to check the files with spybot, it shut itself off and and it changed its files permisson so i cannot use it anymore

Someone can help me resolve this issue

For someone to take a look at the system, please follow the procedure in this link to produce a HJT log.
