Hidden buttons in settings?

I use advanced option.
I have selected my 'keeper' cookies.
I can't figure out how to find the hidden button referred to in the help file which will remove the cookies I want discarded.
What am I missing?? Or, where is it?

I assume that you when Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > Ignore cookies > and checked the check the cookies that you want to keep. Now go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Settings > File Sets and check "Usage Tracking". Run a scan ("Check for problems") and when the scan completes check "Cookie" and do a "Fix selected problems".
