Hi,

I am new to this group and would really appreciate if you can help me on this.

Search engines like Google and Yahoo are redirecting me to irrelevant pages on my machine, since a couple of days. Also I am not able to navigate to some sites like McAfee for help. When I type the URL "http://www.mcafee.com", I am directed to a page saying "This link appears to be broken". However, on other machine I am able to navigate to mcafee.com. McAfee scan does not report any problems, but looks like my machine is infected by a malware.

Somehow, TotalSecurity got installed on my machine which I got removed. But I am still having the above problems.

It will be great if you can help me on this.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks and Regards,
Sonal

Hi Sonal Chavare

Download at your desktop DDS from one of the links below:

Link 1 (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr)
Link 2 (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds)

Double click the tool to run it.
A black Screen will open, just read the contents and do nothing.
When the tool finish it will open 2 reports.
Copy/paste both reports back here and remove DDS from your desktop.
