Rootkits

How well does Spybot detect rootkits? I have one on my PC, and Eset Nod32, Spybot, MBAM and SAS can't detect it.

Is this something that Spybot doesn't focus on? Are you guys focusing on trojans, malwares, adwares, keyloggers, etc. instead?

Spybot-S&D is able to find rootkits but sometimes it is difficult to locate them because there are some hidden files.
But we also have our own RootAlyzer.
