Qoologic

I'm not sure exactly whats going on, but whenever I open my homepage ewido says it finds malware from Qoologic, and I cant figure out how to get rid of it!!!!!! Also an IE script error thing keeps popping upthats says An error has occurred in the script on this page, then it says the number of Lines, Characters, and the URL or somthing..and it asks if I want to continue running scripts on this page...someone please help me I have no idea what Im doing!!! <--me
