Internet Explorer links redirected

Hi

Please can you help me.

My IE is redirecting to sites such as www.globexonline.com and a couple of others. My sophos anti virus is constantly quarantining viruses. Spybot picks up some spyware and fixes th eproblem but when I scan again the spyware is back. I have downloaded ad-aware and installed on the machine (I cannot get to any websites on the troubled pc as all links are redirected).
