Virtumonde Removal

How do you go about removing Virtumonde? I was having problems with my computer showing 100% CPU usage which it showed the Site Indexer was using 99%. I ran Spy-Bot and although it detected literally thousands of Virtumone.dll and .sci files it did not remove them. I have Norton Security as well but it does not detect it. What can I do?
