I have a virus/malware, please help!

Hi,
few days ago my computer has restared itself, and afterwards my antivirus didn't start automatically. when i tried to start it manually the windows said it wasn't a 32bit application and it can't run it. (AVG ANTIVIRUS).
I tried to unistall it and install it again, then i got an error saying i don't have the right previliges to write some files. i tried installing nod32 AV and got a similiar error.

I disconnected my pc from the net in the meantime, and as written in this forum tried to install hijackthis. then i got another error that didn't let me to install it.

safemode won't boot (restarts everytime I try), and i didn't try yet system restore, any ideas what can I do besides format and reinstall windows?
