I'm having a problem with Spybot detecting anything. When I do a search it checks 35 things, none of them spyware, and these are the results:

Congradulations!
No immediate threats were found.
+Cache (1 entry)
+Common Dialogues (1 entry)
+Cookie (1 entry)
+Logs (12 entries)

It's been doing this for a while and I don't have any clue what's going on. A little help, please?

From your description it seems that at one time you may have gone into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Settings > File Sets and checked "Usage Tracking".

The options checked within "File Sets" control what Spybot checks for when doing a "Check for problems". "Usage Tracking" is not normally set as a default option. When set it will list the following items for optional deletion:
Cache (actually IE Cache)
Common Dialogs
Cookies
Logs (logs that may contain MRU [Most resently Used] information)
In Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Settings > File Sets, the items "Usage Tracking" and "Tracks.uti" are not normally set (checked) by default.

The "File Sets" defaults look similar to the following:

Set/Filename

■ Spybot - Search & Destroy
… ■ Cookies.sbi
… ■ Dialer.sbi
… ■ Hi|ackers.sbi
… ■ Keyloggers.sbi
… ■ Malware.sbi
… ■ PUPS.sbi
… ■ Revision.sbi
… ■ Security.sbi
… ■ Spybots.sbi
… ■ Troians.sbi
□ Usage Tracking
… □ Tracks.uti
