Trojan Horse Generic 14

Hello,

My laptop (Windows Vista) got infected with Trojan Horse Generic 14.*

AVG detected the infection and advised to delete following infected files:

The laptop is still infected and very-2 slow. The Intenet Explorer is not responsive at all. Kindly help!
