computer hijacked by malware. Spybot unable to run

Both Spybot and antivirus software do not run.
Nor does TaskManager.

Regtistry has been backed up with ERUNT.
HJT was installed, but after 1st run it shut down with displaying log.
Now HJT doesn't run.
The message says that the file can not be found or that the user doesn't have access privleges.
