Malware found. Problem with deleting in Spybot.

Spybot found malware Fraud.WindowsProtectionSuite. When I clicked fix problem, I got an error message - Cannot create file "C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts." Access denied. I am the administrator of my computer. What is happening and how can I fix the problem ... get rid of this malware?
