Infected with RON Too! Precisead

I must have installed some garbage. Add/Remove programs shows an item for "RON Too! precisead", and the system slows to a crawl with Windows reporting Virtual mem too low. I can hear the windows sound assigned to Internet Explorer moving between web pages (I assume that's pop ups that are being initiated, but blocked).

What do you recommend to clean it? Note that this is a re-start of this thread http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=52459.
