win32/rbot.gen removal

Hi everyone.

Everytime I log into my computer I get a message asking whether or not I want to run win32/rbot.gen. I can't get rid of it. Despite the fact I have tried around 5 different freeware scanners as well as having Norton Antivirus and Internet Security up and running fine.
How do I remove this potential threat? I know not to run it, as it is obviously a virus. Please be tame, I understand all this stuff well enough but can't follow advanced steps in fixing it. THNKS!!!
