Hello and welcome to the forum. You have some problems here, let's start like this.
1) This junk seems to attract more, I would suggest you stay offline as much as possible until you are clean.
Thanks to S!Ri, Trevuren and any others who helped with the fix.
2) Please download SmitfraudFix (http://www.geekstogo.com/modules.php?modid=5&action=download&id=80) (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other option until you are directed to do so!
Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Thanks for returning your information. Ewido has recently been updated to version 4.0 and the instructions might differ a little in the information. Make sure you update ewido and when you run it, remove everything it locates unless you know it is not bad. I will look and advise you at that point.
Please print out or copy these instructions/tutorial to Notepad as the internet will not be (while in Safe Mode) available to you at certain points of the removal process. Make sure to work through all the Steps in the exact order in which they are listed below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before moving on with the fixes.
A. Please download the trial version of Ewido anti-malware from here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install Ewido anti-malware.
When installing, under Additional Options uncheck Install background guard and Install scan via context menu.
When you run Ewido for the first time, you could get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click Ok.
The program will prompt you to update. Click the Ok button.
The program will now go to the main screen.
You will need to update Ewido to the latest definition files.
On the left-hand side of the main screen click the Update Button.
Click on Start.
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
Once finished updating, close Ewido.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
Ewido manual updates (http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/). Make sure to close Ewido before installing the update.
B. Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.
If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power.
Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
Ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
Login on your usual account.
______________________________
C. Open the SmitfraudFix Folder, then double-click smitfraudfix.cmd file to start the tool.
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press Enter.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?" answer Yes by typing Y and hit Enter.
The tool will also check if wininet.dll is infected. If a clean version is found, you will be prompted to replace wininet.dll. Answer Yes to the question "Replace infected file ?" by typing Y and hit Enter.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process, if you computer does not restart automatically please do it yourself manually. Reboot in Safe Mode.
The tool will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.

Thanks for that feedback, looking over the logs now. It appears SmitFraudFix v2.62 was able to remove the infection, I see no problems in the log.
Later I will suggest you turn ewido off and just use the scanner when you want a good scan so it will not use resources unless you should purchase it. But for now, I would like you to look here:
C:\Program Files\ewido anti-spyware 4.0\ <<< in that folder should be the quarantine folder. Locate it and delete the contents, not the folder.
We do have more work to do removing junk that was not related to the Smitfruad infections. This item:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE is an optional removal, please read this information:
http://castlecops.com/startuplist-180.html You will need to search for that file if you want to remove it. Normally it is in C:\Windows\ I will schedule the removal and you can decide. The rest of the junk must go.
Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
Enable hidden files&folders..reverse the process when finished.

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

If you don't have a good cleaner, use this free one with these instructions:
Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Review the instructions http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour1.asp
Run CCleaner, Windows & Applications when you run the registry cleaner (Issues) you will be prompted to backup before you can remove stuff, make sure you do.
Restart the computer and post a new HJT log for a final look (hopefully) and include any comments you think will help. Let me know how the computer is running now.
Thanks...Phil
Ok I did all you ask'd me to do and here is my new HJT log. Computetr seems to be running great. Also would like to remove that ALCXMNTR.EXE you where talking about. I can't thank ya enough for all the help you've done for me.

Also have a question on this
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Samsung LBP SM] "C:\WINDOWS\Samsung\LaserSMMgr\ssmmgr.exe" /autorun
I've been getting a window when I started windows that cannot find ssmmgr.exe I just clicked ok and forget about it. Wondering if you have a way to remove that window that pops up, can ya do it thru hijack or something.
Thanks for listening :)

Hi Paul, your HJT log is looking good also:bigthumb:
Also would like to remove that ALCXMNTR.EXE you where talking about.
looks like you removed that item, it is gone from the log.
I've been getting a window when I started windows that cannot find ssmmgr.exe I just clicked ok and forget about it. Wondering if you have a way to remove that window that pops up, can ya do it thru hijack or something. The item is this: http://castlecops.com/startuplist-3509.html I would say you can monitor your own ink level if you use a Samsung printer. Take a look in MSConfig: http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/ and uncheck the item if there, then use HJT to remove that line.
If that does not take care of it, perhaps this information will help: http://www.chami.com/tips/windows/010397W.html
If you do make registry changes it is very important to back up before you do this for safety:

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

ewido is a great program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.
(this is important...do this now)
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

Safe surfing...tashi will be along to close you in a few days:)
