Windows Update contains Malware?

I apologize if this has already been asked and answered. This is my first time posting in this forum.
This morning when I downloaded and installed the latest updates, Spybot flagged one of the updates, NDP1.1sp1-KB953297-X86.exe as matching the profile for win32 dot banload dot ciho, and terminated the process.
Has anyone else experienced this problem.... and if this update is malware-free, how do I get spybot to accept the installation?
