Win32.Agent.tdd trojans

Hello,
Spybot reported that I have this trojans and this problem couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory). This could be fixed after a restart. So I allow Spybot run on my next system startup. After Spybot ran on system startup. I used spybot to scan again but this trojans still exist. How can I get rid of this trojans?
