Help! Popups and more popups

I have been unable to get my laptop clean from all of these popups. I don't know much about all these programs others run that may fix problems like mine so I am posting my results of HijackThis, which I heard is the best thing to do. That is, ask someone who knows. Anyway, I have managed to clean much of it, but it is just starts again with pop-ups... Please help....

first disable spybots teatimer. how?

1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
6. Restart your computer.
