Hi,

When I try to open malware removal programs, I get the error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." This includes MBAM and SUPERAntiSpyware.

Google redirects when I use the Google Toolbar, but not otherwise. Antivirus websites fail to open.

Windows System Defender is also downloaded on my computer.

Please help!

Your being helped here

http://www.besttechie.net/forums/topic/22176-cannot-install-or-run-malware-removal-programs/

And Here

With the amount of people posting with infected computers , we can not afford to have more than one helper assisting you and more than one forum helping you, it would be unfair to others waiting for assistance. Thank you for wasting my time
