Spybot stopped working and cant get hijackthis to work

hi i have been having trouble with my internet connections and at the moment internet explorer and firefox dont work. but i have recently started having a problem with spybot and now getting this error code "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" and when trying to use hijackthis it went through half the scan and did not save the file but it has now come up with the same error. i have been able to get a win32kdiag log and have posted that below:

C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4\temporary_download\Win32kDiag.exe <--Needs to be on your Desktop. Right click on it and select CUT and Paste it on your Desktop, or Delete it and redownload it




Please save this (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/rootrepeal/Win32kDiag.exe) file to your Desktop <-- Important.

Click on Start->Run, and copy-paste the following command (the bolded text) into the "Open" box, and click OK. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
