Win32.Fraudload Trojan Removal Help!

I accidentally opened a link that let a trojan onto my system and now need help in removing it.:sad:

Spybot S&D detects "Win32.FraudLoad.edt" and when i try to fix the file it says it can not be performed.

I've read that this trojan places other files in my system, and I'd love some help in removing it all. Thank you in advance!!!
