FunWebProducts: [SBI $685582A8] Configuration file

Hello,
I have searched the forums for this particular file to be removed, but have only found http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=40380. I have looked all through my registry, searched for the files from that thread, and even searched and looked for the *.inf file listed below, but to no avail. Spybot is the only program that see's it, but can't remove it. Any help on how to remove this file is greatly appreciated.
