Hi! Sorry but i'm not really that tech savvy :blink: but i've been having problems with pop ups in internet explorer and i was hoping someone could help me. I've tried looking for ways to clear it plus i've tried using spybot, ad aware and all sorts of removal programs but still i get the pop ups. Here are some of the pop ups i get:

Also, i'm using a computer at work. It appears that i dont have access to the "safe mode", keeps on asking me for a password so some of the advice i've seen on this forum i cannot use.

if you cant boot into safe mode, i cant help you.

new in the last few months, and no certain things require special removal tools.

you can try this;
make sure files are set to show, how:
FOr XP: on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.
