I saved my registry using ERUNT - Im using Vista Business 32bit on a Dell dimension 3000 -
I downloaded Family Keylogger and Personal Monitor and after doing this my PC will not boot up. It keeps coming up with a screen saying PC Tools has found ........ problems and I need to pay for my licence to be renewed. When I try and close the window it will not let me.
I ran HJ this and it does the scan then closes - no noteplad window opens and when I try and run it again is says "windows cannot find the specified path, drive or filename"
Help please!
Also, forgot to add - I cannot download any kind of virus scan or malware scanner
The message I get when I try to donwload spyware removal tools is "Internal Error: failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata"
